all items on suiteorchard.com are in stock unless otherwise noted. we make every effort to keep suiteorchard.com up to date. if an item is sold out on an item have ordered, you will receive an email notifying you of this and all changes will be reflected in your order total and shipping confirmation.

sales tax is charged only to new york state residents, the tax rate is 8.875%.

suiteorchard.com ships via ups ground, 2nd day air or next day air for all domestic orders. for all international orders, suite orchard ships via usps express mail international.

orders placed before 1pm est  monday – friday will be processed the same day and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. orders placed after 1pm est will be processed the next business day, orders placed on friday, saturday, sunday or holiday after 1pm est will be processed the following business day.

suiteorchard.com gladly accepts returns or exchanges on any items in their original condition (with original tags, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) within 7 days of the delivery date. no returns or exchanges on items marked final sale.

shoes may be returned or exchanged only if unworn and in their original, undamaged shoebox. sorry, no returns or exchanges on lingerie, bodysuits or swimwear.

to obtain a return authorization (RA), please contact suite orchard by emailing shop@suiteorchard.com to request a return authorization number within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order. please include the reason for the return or exchange. all returns must be returned to us within 14 (fourteen) days of your purchase. items returned without a return authorization will be not accepted.
